Mark is the Engineering Advisor and Senior Partner with OPECS and joined the team in September 2017. He has over 40 years of experience in the oil industry, predominately in Well Construction and Production Enhancement, which has been gained in the North Sea, North Africa, Middle East and the USA. He is a graduate of Robert Gordon University (BSc.Hon Div 1) with supplementary graduate and post graduate studies at the University of Tulsa (4.0 GPA), and previously worked for Schlumberger for 35 years having held various posts with responsibility for the design, planning and execution of many stimulation treatments. Mark has specialist knowledge and experience in the stimulation of both Sandstone and Carbonate reservoirs, especially with regards to long horizontal wells and offshore operations.
