Marian Ionescu has over 35 years of experience in the O&G Industry with a track record of providing direct and consistent support focused on stimulation/hydraulic fracturing treatment evaluation, design, simulation, and engineering/operational support. His experience has been gained working in Europe, Canada, Kazakhstan and North West Africa for Petrom, Halliburton, Trican, Perenco and Petronas Canada while holding various engineering and management positions. He was a key player in the development of the Canadian Shale (Montney Play) program since inception working for three Canadian majors (EnCana Ovintiv), Apache and Petronas) Marian graduated with a Masters from University of Oil and Gas Ploiesti and holds the Professional Engineer designation from APEGA (The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta).
