Bogdan has over 20 years of experience in the field of fracture mechanics four of which were spent in research and nine years working in Production Enhancement for one of the major service companies in various locations throughout Continental Europe, North Africa and the North Sea fulfilling roles in field operations, sales, and technical management. For the last 7 years Bogdan has been the Managing Director of OPECS successfully leading the growth and expansion of the company with a goal to bring technical and operational excellence backed by the team's expertise to as many operators and in as many locations around the world as possible. Bogdan holds a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Fracture Mechanics from the University “Politehnica” in Bucharest as well a CESE Certificate in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa.
